We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager

to join our team in the UAE. If you have a background in

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to achieve short- and long-term business goals across the UAE. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in

architecture, design, and engineering

sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with

clients, consultants, contractors, and developers

. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement. Deliver powerful

presentations and proposals

that communicate design value and service offerings. Collaborate with

design, marketing, and delivery teams

to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction. Stay informed on

market trends

, competitor strategies, and customer insights to adjust sales tactics proactively. Prepare and present

regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights

to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

: At least

5 years of sales experience

in the architecture, interior design, or construction sector within the UAE.

Market Knowledge

: Deep familiarity with

UAE market dynamics

, client behaviors, and project cycles.

Leadership

: Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a successful sales team.

Communication

: Excellent

presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Language

: Fluency in

English

Arabic

License

: Valid

UAE driving license

is required.
