Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
strategic sales plans
to achieve business targets across the UAE.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the
architecture and construction sectors

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
.
Lead and manage the sales team, including
training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
.
Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate
design solutions, services, and value propositions

Collaborate with
design, marketing, and project delivery teams
to ensure alignment with sales strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide senior management with
accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Architecture, Engineering
, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of
5 years' sales experience
in architecture, interior design, or construction within the
UAE market

Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of
UAE industry standards, client behaviors, and regulatory environment
