Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the UAE.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the architectural, interior design, and construction sectors.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and ensure professional development.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the company's design vision and capabilities.
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and project teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in the architectural, interior design, or construction industry within the
UAE
.
In-depth understanding of the
UAE market
, including industry standards and local regulations.
Strong leadership and team development skills, with proven success in managing and training sales professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English
