We are looking for a
high-performing Sales Manager
with a proven track record in Dubai real estate -- and the ability to
bring a team of agents
to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
Bring and lead a team of experienced or trainee agents
Set and drive sales targets across off-plan and secondary markets
Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance management
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and campaign planning
Maintain client relationships and oversee deal closures
Report on sales metrics and team performance to management
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of Dubai real estate sales experience
Strong leadership background with team management success
Must have the ability to
bring your own team
(minimum 2-3 agents)
Knowledge of portals like Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder
RERA certification preferred
Excellent communication, closing, and team-building skills
