Position Overview:
We are seeking a proven sales leader with extensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and off-plan sales, capable of driving market penetration, liquidity, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic insight, leadership, and industry expertise to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to exceed off-plan targets.
Identify new project opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with top-tier developers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and developers.
Lead business development initiatives through events, referrals, partnerships, and networking in collaboration with marketing department.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and maintain ethical real estate practices.
Provide market benchmarking, performance reports, and CRM discipline for pipeline transparency.
Candidate Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of off-plan real estate sales experience in Dubai.
? Strong network of investors, end-users, and developer contacts.
? Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
? Deep understanding of project launches, payment plans, and off-plan sales models.
? Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
? Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
