Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector and proven experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing business strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
Ensure effective execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decisions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for seamless business operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of proven experience in FMCG sales within the UAE market.
Strong network and understanding of UAE retail and distribution channels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
