We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager

to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience working with agents, brokers, and partners within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and external partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Analyze sales data to optimize team performance and support decision-making. Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies with business goals. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of real estate sales experience (developer, brokerage, or timeshare), including at least 4 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
