The Sales Manager will lead sales, ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved. The role requires efficient use of available resources, strong market knowledge, and familiarity with sales routes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Plan and execute sales strategies using available resources effectively.
Identify new business opportunities within the product categories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure familiarity with existing routes and expand coverage where needed.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and competitor activities.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent results.
Oversee order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or frozen products industry.
Strong knowledge of local market routes and distribution channels.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Ability to achieve targets and work efficiently with available resources.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in FMCG/Frozen Foods Sales Management.
