Job Description

We are looking for a

highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager

with a strong background in

sports field construction and infrastructure projects

to join our growing team in Ajman.

The ideal candidate will have a

proven record of managing B2B and government sales

, developing long-term client relationships, and securing major projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales operations for sports fields, courts, and recreational facilities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and government entities. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals for tenders and private projects. Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships to ensure repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to develop winning strategies. Coordinate closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in

sales and business development

, and 2 Years Minimum in

sports construction / contracting industry

. Deep understanding of artificial turf, rubber flooring, acrylic systems, and sports lighting. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
