Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage and support the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify and approach potential clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Report on sales performance and provide market feedback to management.
Set sales KPIs, monitor progress, and report results to the executive team.
Implement effective sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and scale high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
