We are seeking dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executives

and

Sales Managers

to join our

Metal Division

. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in

metal fabrication, fit-out, or architectural metalwork

, with a strong network in

hospitality (hotels)

and

educational (schools)

sectors. This role involves generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals for custom metalwork and fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

hotel, school, and commercial project sectors

. Promote our

metal fabrication and fit-out solutions

to consultants, contractors, architects, and project managers. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations tailored to client needs. Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and propose solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility and customer satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in metal fabrication, fit-out, or architectural metal sales. Strong understanding of project-based sales in

hospitality and education sectors

. Good technical knowledge of metal products, fabrication methods, and site execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus. Valid UAE driving license (or specify country as applicable).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
