Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager: Support the smooth operation of the sales department, ensuring proactive sales initiatives are executed and revenue is maximized. Proactively enhance guest satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Implement plans and achieve sales targets and hotel objectives. Supervise the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance. Manage costs and inventory, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Review business performance and provide recommendations to improve financial results. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, and document activities for audits, performing follow-up as necessary. Requirements of the Sales Manager: Experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Creative problem-solving skills and support capabilities. Personal integrity and dedication to excellence, time management, and energy.
