Job Title: Sales Manager - (Indirect Sales) Experience: 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales (UAE Market)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the UAE's real estate market, specializing in indirect sales and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Lead and manage a team of property consultants and sales managers across multiple projects and locations.
2)Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels - including brokers, channel partners, and affiliate networks.
3)Build, develop, and nurture strong relationships with top-tier real estate agencies and broker networks in Dubai.
4)Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with project goals, market trends, and competitive landscape.
5)Own and drive the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation to closure -- through team efforts.
6)Set and track team KPIs, ensuring optimal performance, motivation, and accountability.
7)Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and leadership teams to align campaigns, events, and customer engagement plans.
8) Stay on top of market movements, competitor launches, and buyer sentiments to inform strategy.
