Bin Sabt Sports & Leisure is hiring a
Sales Manager
to drive growth across sports infrastructure projects. This role manages the full sales cycle while also identifying and developing new market opportunities across key sports and recreational segments.
What You'll Do
Identify and actively pursue new revenue opportunities across stadiums and athletic tracks, sports and safety flooring, courts, playgrounds and recreational infrastructure, and artificial turf systems.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, municipalities, schools, sports clubs, and private clients
Manage incoming inquiries and convert leads into qualified opportunities
Lead the pre-sales process, coordinating scope, drawings, site information, and client requirements with estimation and engineering teams
Work closely with estimators and engineers to ensure accurate, competitive quotations
Manage client clarifications, revisions, and negotiations throughout the tender process
Support commercial strategy, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams after contract award
What We're Looking For
4+ years' experience in sales or business development within construction or infrastructure
Proven experience in project-based or tender-driven sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical scopes and collaborate with estimating and engineering teams
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
Nice to Have
Experience in sports infrastructure or construction
Familiarity with stadiums, tracks, courts, playgrounds, or artificial turf systems
Experience selling into government entities, schools, or real estate developers
GCC market experience
Experience using Odoo (CRM / ERP)
