We're Hiring - Sales Manager (Fire & Safety Industry)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Create and implement strategic sales plans focused on Fire & Safety services and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients, engineering consultants, and contractors.
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities and identify areas for market expansion.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, detailed proposals, and regular performance reports.
Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in Business Development or Senior Sales roles within the Fire & Safety sector.
Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and effectively managing sales teams.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Comfortable working independently and performing under target-driven pressure.
