About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Manager

to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FM services, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle--from lead generation to contract closing.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and tender documents Conduct site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations Collaborate with operations, finance, and service delivery teams Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare regular sales forecasts Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills

Strong understanding of Hard & Soft FM services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) B2B sales and business development expertise Proposal writing, tender preparation, and costing Contract negotiation and closing CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Customer-focused mindset Strategic thinking and problem-solving Team collaboration and leadership Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field MBA (preferred but not mandatory) Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in Facility Management Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Valid driving license (if applicable) Knowledge of FM industry standards (ISO, QHSE) is an advantage
