Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in Dental Sales.
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business Administration and other related fields. (Masters Degree is preferrable but not required)
Excellent communication skills (Both English and Arabic is preferrable)
Computer Literate
Experience in B2B and B2C business set up
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Dentists with Good UAE Market experience is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and oversee sales department performance whilst leading, coaching, and managing each dental sales team
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets
Manage existing client relationships and ensure to build strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.
Monitor sales team performance, KPIs, and market trends
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
Handle clients' complaints and feedback.
Perform task as per designation as per the management.
