Job Details :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Geoscience (or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in the Oil & Gas - Upstream service sector.
At least 5 years of experience with ADNOC or other major UAE oil companies .
Strong understanding of the upstream business cycle .
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills .
CRM system proficiency and strong business acumen.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
