We are looking for an experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Manager to join our premium slimming and wellness center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, achieving monthly targets, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth client flow in the slimming center. Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Develop promotional strategies and coordinate with the marketing team. Train, motivate, and guide the sales and reception staff. Report directly to management with sales updates and performance reports.
Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Supervisor in the beauty, aesthetics, or slimming industry. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. Presentable, confident, and professional appearance. Ability to start immediately preferred.
