Sales Manager
Job Description
Sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in soft & Hard services (Ac duct cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Grease Trap Cleaning, Kitchen Hood Cleaning & HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, restaurants, hotels, commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Build strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and service excellence.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
