Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic leader to manage our integrated sales system and promote sustainable growth across our diverse branch network.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic supervision of all organizational branches and efficient direction of sales operations
Formulation and implementation of innovative sales strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives
Comprehensive leadership of wholesale sales, digital marketing, and customer service departments
Analysis of performance indicators and market trends to anticipate future opportunities and identify growth areas
Management of negotiations and establishment of strategic partnerships with key clients
Establishing sustainable business relationships with manufacturers and negotiating to acquire prestigious commercial agencies
Developing sales team capabilities and enhancing their professional performance to achieve targets
Preparing periodic analytical reports and submitting them to senior management
Qualifications and Required Competencies:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar specialization
Professional experience of at least 5 years in leadership positions in sales management
Outstanding leadership abilities and efficiency in managing multi-task teams
Advanced negotiation skills and a proven track record in completing strategic deals
Documented experience in negotiating commercial agency agreements and strategic partnerships
Deep analytical vision of market dynamics and industry trends
Excellent ability to analyze and make strategic decisions
Complete proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (mastery of additional languages is considered a competitive advantage)
