Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the education sector?
We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our admissions and business development operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational sales or similar industries and a proven ability to achieve targets and grow student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student admissions. Create monthly sales plans and set targets for the upcoming month. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure high conversion rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, achievements, and forecasts. Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Sales Manager (preferably in an education or training institute). Proven experience in achieving sales and enrollment targets. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,750.00 per month
