Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B growth and corporate engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate event sales, leisure & entertainment business development, and can confidently position Battle Park as the go-to destination for unforgettable group experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and secure corporate clients for group events, team-building, and private bookings. Build partnerships with event agencies, HR departments, and corporate planners. Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional plans to grow Battle Park's corporate segment. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Prepare proposals, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in corporate events, leisure, sports, or hospitality. Strong B2B network and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about gaming, technology, or outdoor activities. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
