Our luxury door manufacturing company is rapidly expanding in the UAE. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Russian speaking Sales Manager with a background in the construction industry, preferably in door sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working with architects, interior designers, and construction companies.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction sector, particularly in doors or related products. CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships. Industry Background: Background in working with architects, interior designers, or construction companies is highly preferred. Motivated for Earnings: Strong desire to succeed and earn, with a focus on closing deals and maximizing sales opportunities. Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in creating and preparing detailed quotations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client requirements. Proficient in sales within the furniture and design architecture industry, with a strong ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive successful transactions through effective communication and industry expertise. Can speak Arabic, English, or Russian (mandatory), depending on the role. Preferably with Car and UAE Driving License Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
