Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Manager - Life.

The Sales Manager -will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to life insurance, Recruitment of Sales Advisors, developing and maintaining teams, market analysis, sales strategy, and customer relationship management. The role requires strong knowledge of the insurance industry and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to drive business growth.

Experience in Banking sales and Real Estates are preferable.

In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and regulations Experience in market analysis and sales strategy development Strong customer relationship management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field
