Responsibilities:
Lead and grow the real estate sales team
Drive sales performance to exceed targets
Recruit, onboard, and mentor agents
Leverage strong existing relationships with Abu Dhabi/Dubai developers
Create and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan and ready properties in Abu Dhabi
Represent the company in meetings with clients and developers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
Proven track record in real estate sales (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and developers
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
UAE Driving License is preferred
