Sales Manager
role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading property sales activities, building client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, legal, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and manage leads and prospects in the luxury real estate sector
Present premium properties to high-net-worth clients and investors
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently and professionally
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns
Maintain accurate sales reports and client records
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or off-plan segments
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-oriented
Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate laws and procedures is an advantage
RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
