Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the interior fit-out market in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, referrals, and digital channels. Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present suitable fit-out solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and commercial offers. Follow up with clients for proposal feedback, negotiations, and closure of sales deals. Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely project proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM and update progress regularly. Build long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants, and decision-makers. Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for review.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior fit-out or construction sectors. Strong knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out market and customer base. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and BOQs is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Zoho CRM or similar software is a plus. UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
