The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the UAE market, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for multiple verticals (Interior/Architecture, IT, Marketing).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with technical and creative teams to align solutions with client objectives.
Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE.
Strong background in one or more of the following sectors: Interior & Architecture, IT solutions, or Digital Marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
UAE Driving License is preferred.
