to lead and expand our sales efforts across the UAE and broader GCC region. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government entities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with Precraft's growth objectives
Identify and build relationships with target clients in residential, commercial, and governmental sectors
Drive lead generation, manage the sales funnel, and close contracts for turnkey solutions
Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to align proposals with technical and delivery capabilities
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
Represent Precraft at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor insights for senior management
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in construction, engineering, or real estate
Strong network within the UAE/GCC construction and development sector
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex client accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Background in modular/off-site construction or CFS systems is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
UAE driving license required
