Role and Responsibilities: As our Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. Here\'s what you\'ll be responsible for: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, target industries, and potential clients for increased business growth. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of talented sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture within the team. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Business Development: Drive new business development initiatives by actively prospecting and securing new accounts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company\'s products and services. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to the management team. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years\' experience in sales, preferably in the signage industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
