JOB DESCRIPTION:

A reputed

ISO 17025 accredited environmental

testing laboratory, specializing in chemical and microbiological testing services, is looking for a

Lab Sales Representative with a background in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience in the UAE is required

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients in need of water analysis, wastewater analysis, and food analysis services.

Understand client requirements and offer appropriate laboratory testing services to meet those needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining the laboratory's capabilities, testing procedures, and providing clear insights into how our services can support their business.

Provide technical consultations to clients, guiding them through the laboratory's service offerings and helping them select the appropriate tests.

Manage client expectations by clearly communicating timelines, processes, and results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UAE Laboratory Industry is a must

Fluent in English and excellent communication skills

Proven experience in a client-facing role, with an understanding of laboratory services, preferably in the areas of water analysis, wastewater, or food testing.

Strong technical knowledge in chemistry and laboratory testing, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.

U.A.E driving license is a must
