Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new maintenance contracts.
Identify target sectors and potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract agreements.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Monitor contract performance, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in
maintenance contracts, facility management, or engineering services
.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
UAE market experience is an advantage.
