SALARY UPTO 4500 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE+2% COMMISSION

We are hiring for our sister company ROYAL CERAMICS LLC

Job Purpose:



The Sales Lead is responsible for generating, qualifying, and managing sales leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting revenue growth through proactive business development, relationship management, and pipeline control.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels. Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, timelines, and decision-making authority. Maintain and update all leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Coordinate with sales managers, estimators, and operations teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations to convert leads into confirmed business. Track lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline performance. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities. Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, tenders, and proposals. Support contract negotiations and handover of awarded projects to operations teams.

Performance & Targets:



Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs. Contribute to revenue growth and client retention.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2-5 years

of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, fit-out, exhibitions, or event services. Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition. Experience working with CRM systems.

Working Conditions:



Office-based with regular client meetings and site visits May require evening or weekend availability for client events Travel within the UAE as required
