We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Lady to join our perfume retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting fragrances, explaining perfume notes, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in choosing the right perfumes based on their preferences
Explain fragrance notes, longevity, and pricing
Provide product samples and demonstrate usage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display shelves
Record daily sales and update stock when required
Promote ongoing offers, new launches, and best-selling products
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat sales
Requirements:
Previous retail or perfume sales experience is an advantage
Good communication and customer-service skills
Well-presented, polite, and confident personality
Basic knowledge of fragrances and cosmetic products preferred
Ability to meet sales targets
Flexible to work during weekends and mall timings
