Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable polyethylene products.
Explain product features such as microns, sizes, film types (LDPE/HDPE), and usage applications.
Manage sales transactions, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked display of polythene items.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Prepare customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
Keep records of daily sales, customer inquiries, and inventory levels.
Assist in pricing, labeling, and updating product information.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.
Provide feedback on customer trends and product demand.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales is a plus.
Prior experience in retail, sales, or packaging materials is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic math and ability to handle POS or manual receipts.
Knowledge of polyethylene products (or willingness to learn).
Ability to stand for long hours and manage busy customer flow.
