Job Description

We are looking for a

Sales Lady to join our Abaya boutique team urgently. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-oriented, and have prior experience in the Abaya or fashion retail industry.

Responsibilities:

oGreet and assist customers in selecting Abayas.

oTake accurate measurements and record customer details for custom orders.

oHandle customer inquiries and orders professionally in person, via phone, and through WhatsApp.

oMaintain the visual presentation of the store and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.

oProcess sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate sales records.

oSupport in managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.

oWork across different branches and flexible timings as required.

oProvide excellent customer service and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

oMinimum height: 5'4"

oExperience: 2-3 years in a similar role within the Abaya or fashion retail industry, preferably in a Gulf country.

oWell-groomed and presentable appearance.

oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

oKnowledge in taking measurements, managing orders, and customer follow-ups via WhatsApp.

oEfficient, organized, and able to work under pressure.

oFlexible to work in different branches and shifts as needed.

oAble to join immediately.

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Joining Date: Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
