Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is tidy and organized.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Process sales transactions, issue invoices/receipts, and handle cash/card payments.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven sales or retail experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Pleasant, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems is an advantage.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
