Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry - e.g., hospitality, retail, or services].
Fluent in Arabic and English
(both written and spoken).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
UAE driving license (preferred).
