Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming presence on the sales floor.
Assisting customers in finding the products they need.
Answering questions about products and their features.
Offering product recommendations based on customer needs.
Upselling and cross-selling products to increase customer purchases.
Preparing the Quotations, Invoices and Receipt Vouchers
Collect and cross check the cash from the deliveries.
Arrange the products in the shelf and inform warehouse about the less quantity products/Out of Stock products in the shelf.
Any other task assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should have basic knowledge to use the Desktop and POS system.
Prior experience in the field of Sales is a added advantage.
