Key Responsibilities
:
Greet and assist customers with their purchases.
Provide detailed information about our chocolate products and make recommendations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred).
Passion for chocolate and sweets is a plus!
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
