Job Description

Responsibilities:



1) Generating Leads and Sales:



Identifying potential clients, conducting outreach (phone, email, in-person), and converting leads into paying customers.

2) Building and Maintaining Relationships:



Developing and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

3) Understanding Customer Needs:



Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.

4) Presenting Solutions:



Clearly articulating the value proposition of products or services to prospective clients and demonstrating how they address their specific needs.

5) Negotiating Contracts:



Working with clients to finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and aligning with company goals.

6) Meeting Sales Targets:



Working towards individual and team sales quotas, tracking progress, and reporting on performance.

7) Staying Informed:



Keeping up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

8) Representing the Company:



Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.

9) Providing Feedback:



Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with internal teams to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
