In this role as Key Account Manager for

Effisus

in Dubai, you will be the key element in developing our partnership with our clients in the facade construction segment and also in innovative high-performance solutions, ensuring that project needs are met at the highest level.

Key competences:

Mandatory: Proven experience of at least 5 years in the Construction/Civil Engineering sector

, preferably with a degree in the area Customer Orientation Strong autonomy, time management, critical analysis and teamwork skills. Goal-orientation Ability to demonstrate and train customers through the application of our products in a real working environment

Main Responsibilities:

Development and management of a client portfolio Use of CRM tools, preferably Zoho Preparation of documents to support the negotiation (products presentation, technical proposals, and training) Collaboration in internal and external technical training 70%-80% of the visits will be on the job site.

Basic academic background:

Degree (Minimum): Civil Engineering (Preferred); Architecture or Similar

Languages:

Fluent in English Arabic (Preferred)
