Job Description

Internship Objective

To support the Sales team in driving business growth through client reactivation, lead research, CRM management, feedback gathering, and strategic brainstorming, while also contributing to the creation of a structured sales process playbook.

Key Responsibilities

Client Reactivation & Outreach

- Reach out to dormant and past clients via email or LinkedIn under supervision. Follow up on leads assigned by the sales team.

Feedback Collection

- Assist in gathering structured feedback from existing and past clients. Record and analyze feedback to spot patterns or opportunities.

Lead Research & Database Support

- Explore internal and external databases for new potential clients. Categorize and update leads in the CRM (Bitrix24). Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and other platforms to enrich data.

CRM Assistance

- Tag, track, and clean client records on CRM. Assist in setting reminders, notes, and follow-ups for the sales team.

Revenue Idea Generation

- Participate in weekly brainstorming with the sales team. Propose creative sales initiatives or target segments based on your understanding.

Sales Process Documentation

- Shadow team members to document workflows. Assist in writing a "Sales Playbook" - an internal resource for onboarding and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

An interest towards pursuing a career in business development. Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Willing to work remotely throughout the internship period and occassionally from the office. Strong research and communication skills Familiarity with CRMs and data tools (Bitrix24, Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
