As a Junior Sales Associate - Academic Counselor Intern, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring our academic programs. You'll learn how to guide, engage, and convert leads into enrollments while gaining hands-on experience in sales, counseling, and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Counsel students on course offerings, career paths, and enrollment procedures
Assist in lead generation and follow-up campaigns
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Shadow senior counselors during sales calls and demos
Support virtual and in-person events (webinars, open houses)
Prepare daily reports and track conversion metrics
