Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our team as a Sales Intern. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development within 3D Printing / Manufacturing / Technology. Performers may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and business opportunities.

- Conduct market research to support sales strategies and identify target clients.

- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations with senior sales staff.

- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales-related documents.

- Maintain and update the CRM database with client interactions and follow-ups.

- Help in organizing promotional activities, campaigns, and events.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to support client needs.

- Learn and apply sales techniques to improve conversion rates.

Prepare weekly progress reports and share insights with the sales team.

Requirements:

- Must be a fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
