We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our growing enterprise B2B sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the complex sales cycle of software products, work closely with experienced Account Executives, and contribute directly to our business development and client acquisition strategies. Responsibilities
Assist the enterprise sales team in identifying and researching target accounts and key decision-makers within specific industries.
Support the development and execution of outbound sales strategies, focusing on qualifying leads for our B2B software solutions.
Conduct initial outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to prospective enterprise clients to introduce our product value and identify potential use cases.
Help prepare tailored sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals for B2B clients.
Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate account information, sales activities, and pipeline stages.
Participate in client discovery calls and product demos, assisting Account Executives in understanding client needs and technical requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry-specific pain points to inform sales targeting and messaging for our software.
Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach and product messaging.
Attend internal training sessions and workshops to deepen understanding of our software products, sales methodologies, and the B2B tech landscape.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the enterprise sales department.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with business professionals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a significant plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.
Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Ability to quickly grasp new software concepts and articulate their business value.
A genuine interest in enterprise software sales, business-to-business (B2B) dynamics, and the technology industry.
