Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE interior fit-out market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver client-specific proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with design and project teams to provide accurate cost estimates and technical inputs.
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and site visits to closing deals and contract signing.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to promote Sanco's fit-out services.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of UAE experience in sales/business development in the
interior fit-out or construction industry
.
Strong network of clients and consultants in the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal writing.
