The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience in our showroom by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and design expertise. You will play a key role in advising clients on the best solutions for their spaces, managing the sales process from consultation to closing, and ensuring our showroom reflects our brand's excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and consult with showroom visitors, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend tailored solutions.
Sales & Design Consultation:
Provide expert advice on closets and kitchen designs, integrating interior design principles to help clients visualize and plan their spaces.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, materials, and design trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
Sales Process Management:
Conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the interior design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Showroom Management:
Ensure the showroom is always well-presented, up-to-date, and reflects the brand's image.
Feedback & Reporting:
Collect customer feedback and report on market trends to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in showroom sales within the closets, kitchens, or interior design industry.
Strong understanding of interior design principles and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and manage client expectations effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an asset.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
