To provide an exceptional customer experience by promoting and selling perfume products, ensuring high standards of store presentation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and understand their fragrance preferences.
Recommend suitable perfumes and upsell complementary products (diffusers, oils, gift sets).
Demonstrate product knowledge, including notes, longevity, and brand story.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent store appearance, cleanliness, and product display.
Process customer transactions accurately (POS operations, cash handling).
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Assist with visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
Build long-term customer relationships to increase repeat sales.
Follow company policies and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
Previous retail sales experience (perfume industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in selling and handling different customer personalities.
Good understanding of fragrance types and notes (training can be provided).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
Basic computer/POS operation skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
